ADVERTISING AGREEMENT
|
PARTIES:
|
Nathalie Mullinix REALTY UNIVERSAL, Inc. (Company), located at Seven Waterfront Plaza,
500 Ala Moana Blvd. Suite 400, Honolulu, HI 96813, and, Merchant (Advertiser) submitting a promotional or
banner advertisement for display on www.kamaainadiscount.com (Kamaaina Discount.com),
enter into this Agreement whereby the Company will provide the advertising ordered for the Advertiser.
Advertising will be published on www.kamaainadiscount.com,
a web site advertising service that is owned by Company.

TERM OF SERVICE:
|
The term of service will commence with the date that the advertisement is posted to the
kamaainadiscount.com Web server and expire on the last day of the period of service being requested.

|
AD PAYMENT:
|
Is due in full, with submission of ad to Kama'Aina Discount
|
|
RIGHT TO REFUSE UNACCEPTABLE ADVERTISING:
|
Company reserves the right to refuse any advertisement.
Company does not accept advertising from companies that produce illegal or pornographic products or
services (which Company shall have complete discretion to define).

ADVERTISEMENT:
|
Advertiser agrees that each Advertisement Listing will be specific to the island
where the listing is to be displayed. Advertiser agrees the advertisement will include a discount specific
for Hawaii residents (kama’aina discount). Advertiser agrees that they are solely responsible for the content
and accuracy of the Advertisement. Advertiser agrees to review the Advertisement posted on
www.kamaainadiscount.com
within twenty fours hours of posting and to provide Company with a list of any discrepancies via email.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
|
Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating
to the Advertisement, and/or any material to which users can link to through the Advertisement.
In no event shall Company, or it’s officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable
for any damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Kama’aina Discount.com.
